off to Kripalu this weekend to assist Joan again...leaf peeping, too!

I'll be at Kripalu in the beautiful Berkshire Mountains again.... assisting one of my teachers, Joan White. other news.... I'll be teaching at East West in NYC www.eastwestnyc.com on 5th Ave & 14th Street, and I've been asked to teach in the Ironbound section of Newark at a gym there.... schedule in the works...
