yoga summer...

lots of yoga travels this july...
first assisting Joan White at Omega, third year, then attending the Joy of Teaching workshop with Joan and Patricia Walden in Cambridge, Mass.
lots of outdoor personal practice with the company of my 10-month old westie Kaya, who especially likes to like my face during Sirsasana (headstand)...
hope to add some pictures soon.
